Hot Runner Diameter Roll Reducer GT-JYH12 is a cutting-edge solution designed by Greater Technology Company (GTC) to enhance the efficiency and precision of hot runner heating element processing. With 12 roller mold stations, this machine offers customization options with or without a CNC/touch screen interface, ensuring more accurate sizing, speed control, and power savings for heating element manufacturing.

It is optimized for heating elements ranging from 2.5mm to 1.8mm, with the CNC version recommended for achieving the utmost precision. The diameter range for finishing is Φ1.2mm to Φ6mm, with common finishing sizes at 4.2mm * 2.2mm and 3.6mm * 4.5mm. The maximum diameter before shrink is Φ9mm, and the minimum length required for shrinking is 80mm.
