Neutral Protease, a hydrolase developed by Mianyang Accozymes Co. Ltd., comprises endo-peptidase, aminopeptidase, and carboxypeptidase. These enzymes collaboratively act on peptides, hydrolyzing proteins into polypeptides, oligopeptides, and amino acids under neutral conditions.
Working Mechanism
Neutral Protease is a kind of hydrolase, it mainly consist of endo-peptidase, aminopeptidase and carboxypeptidase. These enzyme act together on peptide in the molecule and hydrolyze protein to polypeptides. Oligopeptides and amino acids in neutral conditions.

Application Guide
1. In the leather processing industry, to move the animal fur, the dosage is 3-6kg/ton raw material, softening dosage is 0.15-0.3kg/ton raw material. Enzyme activity base on 50000 u/g, below is the same on enzyme activity.
2. In the feed complex enzyme industry, the recommended dosage is 0.02-0.10kg/ton complete feed.
3. In the baking industry, the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3kg/t flour.
4. In the flavouring industry such as animal and plant protein hydrolysis powder and an animal extract production, the recommended dosage 1-3kg/ton raw material, hydrolyze time for 2-24 hours on optimal conditions.
5. In the brewing industry such as beer, wine, soy sauce etc, the recommended dosage is 0. 2-1.0 kg/ton dry substance
6. In the cheese production industry, the recommended dosage is 0. 02-0.10kg/t raw materials.
