Featuring a reliable Pan Type Mixer with a batch capacity of 0.7 m3, our plant guarantees a homogenous mixture that meets the highest quality standards. With a single batch cycle time of just 75 seconds, users can obtain a consistent concrete mix of 0.7 cum, enhancing productivity on-site.

To facilitate smooth operations, our batching plant includes two sets of twin hoppers, totaling four hoppers, for the storage of gravels and sand. Each hopper has a generous storage capacity of 5 m3 and is equipped with pneumatically operated gates, ensuring precise material handling.

Accurate weighing of gravel and sand is achieved through the implementation of a weighing conveyor suspended on four electronic load cells. Additionally, a vibratory motor is integrated into one of the hoppers, specifically designed for sand.

The rubber belt-type charging conveyor efficiently transfers the weighed aggregates and sand from the weighing conveyor beneath the hoppers to the Mixer unit, streamlining the mixing process. Our plant also incorporates an auto water and chemical dosing system with a self-priming pump, ensuring accurate and consistent dosing.

For cement storage, our plant is equipped with a Cement Hopper or Fly Ash Hopper with a storage capacity of 0.8 cum (25 bags). A screw conveyor is utilized for the seamless transfer of cement to the Mixer unit. The separate weighing arrangement for cement, combined with a butterfly wall system, reduces cycle time, thereby increasing the concrete mix output.

To streamline operations, our 30 CUM PAN TYPE MOBILE BATCHING PLANT features a microcomputer touch screen PLC-based control panel. This control panel is capable of storing different recipes, providing users with easy access to their preferred concrete mix configurations. Additionally, the plant is equipped with a cabin for added convenience and operator comfort.
