OUR SCOPE OF SUPPLY & WORK:
1. Manufacturing & Supply of Automatic Asphalt Batch Mix Plant, consisting of the following accessories:
A. Cold Aggregates Four Bin Feeder with Gathering Conveyor. A.C. Variable Frequency Drive for each bin belt.
B. Single Deck Vibratory Screen is used for oversized material removal.
C. Slinger Conveyor for feeding cold aggregate into Dryer Drum.
D. Dryer Drum (Thermo drum) fitted with Modulating Burner. The Drum is driven by a Friction Drive arrangement with 4 nos. geared motors.
E. Bucket Elevator for transferring hot aggregates to Batching Tower
F. Batching Tower consisting of Multi Deck Screen, Hot Aggregate Bins, Weighing & Mixing Unit
G. Fully insulated inline Hot Mix Material Storage Silo (Optional)
H. Insulated Main Bitumen Tank indirect heating type with bitumen pumping station
I. Insulated Supplementary Bitumen Tank indirect heating type
J. Thermic Oil Heater with pumping station.
K. Fuel Storage Tank
L. Mineral Filler Unit with Screw Conveyor
M. Bag House Filter with Screw Conveyor
N. SCADA enabled PLC based Control Panel with HMI and Printer
O. Control Cabin fitted with Air Conditioner.
P. Foundation Bolts & Nuts.
