Acid and alkali proof hydro extractor

Plastic coated hydro extractor  is a kind of hydro extractor which can withstand strong acid and alkali.It refers to the technology of spraying PE polymer on all parts of the hydro extractor which contact corrosive materials, lining with plastic compounds about 2 mm thick, to isolate corrosive materials.

The machine is the most classic type in the family of hydro extractor. The machine adopts three-legged structure, which can be divided into two forms: foundation (need to be fixed on the ground) and no foundation (need not be fixed on the ground).  All the contacting parts of the material are 304 stainless steel, acid proof, alkali resistant and corrosion resistant. 4-6mm stainless steel is used in the inner liner of the convertible stock, the 3mm stainless steel is adopted for the liquid blocking shell, and the 2mm stainless steel is used for the liquid collecting trough plate. Plastic and other anticorrosive methods can also be used in contact with materials. The machine can be started by centrifugal block or frequency converter, and the motor can be used by ordinary motor and explosion-proof motor.
